AFF 2012: Future Fashion Now (Jonathan Simkhai, Saena, Juma) Pre-Spring ’13
Friday, 18 May 2012, at Audi Fashion Festival 2012, Future Fashion Now featuring Jonathan Simkhai (New York), Saena (Berlin), Juma (Toronto) Pre-Spring ’13.
Masih melanjutkan postingan sebelumnya di #AFX2012, pada hari Jumat 18 Mei di Audi Fashion Festival, masih ada Fashion Show Future Fashion Now di Tent @ Orchard pukul 8 malam waktu setempat. Sehari itu terdapat lima fashion show berbeda sejak pukul 2 siang. Tiga disainer yang akan memamerkan karyanya di Show kali ini berasal dari luar Singapura. Siapa sajakah mereka?
Jonathan Simkhai
Simkhai is a New York born and raised fashion designer. His love affair with fashion began at early age of 14 when he started working at clothing store assisting and honing his skills as a buyer. He later went on to study at Parsons as well as at FIT (fullname).
With the launch of the first womenswear collection under his name, Jonathan Simkhai presents his take on sophisticated dressing for modern, cosmopolitan woman. As gender lines blur whitin the realms of fashion and sexuality, Simkhai’s collection indulges in this ambiguity. Charged by men’s fashion mores and taking inspiration from beautiful Italian and Japanese fabrics like cashmere, wool, cotton and silk, Simkhai collection brings forth classic codes translated into sexy and feminine silhouettes.
Koleksi Jonathan menggabungkan unsur maskulin dan feminin. Warna-warni yang ceria dengan model yang sporty. It’s sheer, comfy and loose. I love the colors, it’s a candy-coloured delight with pastels, stripes and uber-cute collars. He kept his collection relaxed and light for the upcoming Spring season.

Saena Pre-Spring ’13
Since 2009, the style of the Saena fashion brand has stood for grace and elegance. Saena is known for its ultra-feminine creations made from hig-quality natural materials. Before breaking out on her own to rave reviews, Saena Chun worked for Celine, Chloe and Sonia Rykiel, where she developed her passion for elegant women’s fashion. Chun studied Fashion Design in Seoul and at the ESMOD Paris.
Jatuh cinta sejak , model pertama keluar dan berjalan di runway. Saena dresses has just blow me away. Her collection are dreamy and feminine. I want all of this clothes. This is what women want. Soft, flowy chiffon dresses with undefined silhouettes that can suit all body shapes.

Juma Pre-Spring ’13
Jamil and Alia Juma are well traveled siblings who have lived in some exotic locales such as Kenya, Congo and Kazakhstan. In 2003, the Toronto-born pair set out to create contemporary clothing line Juma, which is greatly inspired by art and wanderlust. Juma is known for stunning unisex ready-to-wear and accessories using their own digital prints and unique designs that are rich in color and fabric.
Am crazy when I see Juma’s Prints, is all about digital prints and rich colours. A dress and top, with an eye-catching digital prints and asymmetrical cuts. So lovely. Ditambah lagi beberapa model mengenakan scraf. Jadi tambah catchy.

for you if you do not mind. Is it just me or does it appear like a few of these comments look like they are left by brain dead individuals?
